Do you spend more time working IN your business instead of ON your business?
Created for entrepreneurs just like you, Listening to Your Business™ is a hands-on, facilitated workshop designed to provide business owners and managers with the critical evaluation tools and action steps they need to maximize the growth and profitability of their business. Through this interactive and enlightening workshop, you will take the time to listen to your business and develop a strategic direction for the future.
What will I do at the workshop?
No one knows your business better than you. Listening to Your Business™ provides you the tools to:
1. Determine what stage of development your business is in today and what stage you want it to be in three years from now
2. Assess what plans are or are not in place (feasibility plan, business plan, strategic plan, operational plan) and how they can be adjusted or created to maximize your company’s success
3. Nail down the actions and resources that your company needs to reach its three-year goals.
The Listening to Your Business™ workshop is a fast, inexpensive way to learn to see your business as it is now, while working to take it to a successful future.
