September 13, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Created for experienced business owners, this hands-on workshop will help you take an eye-opening deep dive into your business.
Do you spend more time working IN your business instead of ON your business?
Created for entrepreneurs just like you, Listening to Your Business™ is a hands-on, facilitated workshop designed to provide business owners and managers with the critical evaluation tools and action steps they need to maximize the growth and profitability of their business. Through this interactive and enlightening workshop, you will take the time to listen to your business and develop a strategic direction for the future. The small group environment means your business will get the personal touch from our business coach. You will walk away with three year goals to grow your business and a strategic plan to get there.
Requirement: Women business owners who have been in business at least three years.
What will I do at the workshop?
No one knows your business better than you. This workshop provides you the tools to:
1. Determine what stage of development your business is in today and what stage you want it to be in three years from now
2. Assess what plans are or are not in place (feasibility plan, business plan, strategic plan, operational plan) and how they can be adjusted or created to maximize your company’s success
3. Nail down the actions and resources that your company needs to reach its three-year goals.
