The group is a private space for the WBEC-East network to share resources, ask for and offer support, and create partnerships in between in-person meet-ups. You are welcome to invite other business leaders in your community to participate. You do not need to be a certified WBE to be a part of the LinkedIn group.

RISE is our newest initiative to help small business owners create a more personal and local support network. The letters in RISE stand for our mission to:

• Empower new and future entrepreneurs through mentoring and resource-sharing

Your “ask” can be anything that will help you grow your business:
• “I would love an introduction to someone at XYZ Corporation.”
• “I need a recommendation for a small business friendly bank.”
• “I’d like to find a partner in a specific industry to go in on an RFP together.”

Who can get involved?
Anyone in the small business community within WBEC-East’s region of PA, DE and south NJ! You do not need to be a certified WBE to participate.
